I have experienced a few issues or concerns with PolicyStat Beta that I want to make sure are discussed openly. Table of Contents - The new ToC button is always minimized, even on largerscreens. We are trying to maximize this feature and updating documents to build the ToC and would prefer it always show on screens large enough like the current version. This would be even more difficult to train staff to open it up everytime when needed. Approval Buttons - Even if I am approver, the approve/reject buttons do not always show up, especially when accessing from pending approval (mine) report page. Acknowledgments - The button to confirm acknowledgments for end users floats from the beginning of the document. This means a user does not have to scroll through the document to attest and acknowledge they have looked through the document. Although the accountability is on the user, the slight inconvenience of them having to scroll to the bottom makes it more likely they will read through it. Table Width - I often use advanced settings to format tabled to 100% width by adding the following code to Stylesheet Classes of the table properties. This no longer seems to work or display correctly in the new UI. table {width: 100%;}
PolicyStat Beta Feedback
@Cory Wiley-Godoi @Denny Chlebek Just a follow-up here, 1-3 are fixed. TOC is now expanded by default when viewing on desktop. (Mobile is still minimized.) The approve link was updated to take the user to the approval view. The Acknowledge button is now not clickable until the entire policy is viewed (scrolled through at least.)
